access level brokers & lead management (full access) module dashboard the dashboard is the users' working area it provides a quick overview of scheduled calls, recently assigned customers, recently bound accounts, recently sold accounts, and the follow up temperature the dashboard is a to do and reminder list for users to prioritize client follow ups this dashbaord is used by the brokers and lead managment primarly β
success leads that appear on this page are relevant to you! scheduled calls users can schedule follow up calls by opening a customer's lead card at the upper right corner, select the clock icon labeled follow up to schedule a callback if a lead's status is changed to quoted , it will appear under follow ups quoted all other scheduled follow ups will remain under scheduled calls after selecting the follow up option , a pop up will appear on the right side of the screen completing a follow up scheduling fill in the necessary fields date select the field to open a mini calendar and choose the follow up date time select the field to type in the time for the call duration drag the circle on the line graph to set how long the call will take once all information is filled in, select the schedule follow up (purple button) to submit the follow up appointment tracking enhancement β
success the system now properly tracks leads and users when appointments are completed, ensuring accurate reporting and follow up scheduling when an appointment is marked as completed the lead's status is automatically updated the assigned user is correctly recorded in the system follow up history maintains accurate user attribution dashboard statistics reflect the correct completion rates π tip if you notice any discrepancies in appointment tracking, refresh your dashboard to see the most current information follow up (quoted) this section includes leads that have been quoted but not yet assigned leads that have been in touch with but still require a signed quote leads are automatically categorized by the system based on updates from the customer side for more information about the quoting process, see the sales tab documentation follow up temperature this section displays hot leads βleads that are highly likely to close and become new customers recently assigned in this section, you can view newly assigned leads prioritize these leads first ensure you don't miss new opportunities requiring prompt outreach lead assignment timestamp tracking βΉοΈ note the system now accurately tracks timestamps for lead assignments the last assigned at timestamp is updated only for non advisor assignments, ensuring better lead tracking and reporting accuracy this improvement ensures more accurate tracking of when leads are assigned to brokers better reporting on lead response times advisor reassignments don't affect the original assignment timestamp dashboard statistics reflect true assignment timing exploring your leads to begin working with your leads and prospects in more detail select the leads module from the navigation bar use the filters to find specific prospects review the prospects list to manage your opportunities next steps after familiarizing yourself with the dashboard, you may want to explore leads tab overview learn how to manage prospects and customers filters understand how to find specific leads underwriting dashboard discover the underwriting process and dashbaord funcitonality π quick reference need help with terminology? check our januscrm glossary & acronym index for definitions of all terms used in this documentation questions about permissions? review the user roles & permissions matrix to understand access levels
