access level all users (full access) module leads π overview after selecting leads in the navigation bar, a set of filters will appear at the top of the page your prospect list is displayed below the filters you can combine multiple filters to create custom views tailored to your workflow β οΈ warning the leads displayed may vary depending on your system permissions π― filter options (examples) more filters (advanced panel) access advanced filtering options through the expandable "more filters" panel to use advanced filters select more filters to expand the advanced panel use multi select dropdowns for source select multiple sources with the "select all" option status choose multiple statuses simultaneously broker filter by multiple brokers at once apply your selections to refine results search the search bar is the primary tool for locating lead records you can use the dropdown menu to choose a search criterion business name client id contact info (email or phone number) status this filter allows you to search based on the current status of the lead options include (but are not limited to) bound dead new lead sold unreachable source & exclude source source filters by marketing source (e g , digital campaign, referral) exclude source removes leads from the list that are tied to selected sources βΉοΈ note both source dropdowns now automatically hide archived marketing sources, showing only current active sources this reduces clutter and prevents selection of outdated options when accessing the marketing β sources tab multi source selection enhancement β
