π summary the follow up feature has been enhanced to support broker accountability, improve team communication, and streamline callback management key updates include pre assigned follow ups to the lead's assigned broker automated email notifications visual clock icon on the leads dashboard ability to edit or remove follow up appointments π previous behavior previously, the follow up modal allowed selection of date , time , and duration entry of notes scheduling only for oneself limitations no ability to assign to another broker no visual cue in the dashboard no option to edit or remove scheduled follow ups β¨ new enhancements π§ modal ui updates the modal now includes a locked βassign to brokerβ field, pre filled with the broker assigned to the lead updated layout field behavior assign to broker pre filled based on the lead card; not editable notes required for submission style consistent with current modal design π the follow up modal can only be accessed from inside a lead card this ensures proper assignment context π edit or remove appointments users now have the ability to edit an existing follow up to update date, time, duration, or notes remove a follow up entirely accessing edit/remove options locate the follow up on the lead card or from the leads dashboard (if pinned) click the edit or trash/delete icon to make updates all updates are logged in the system and, if applicable, a new email notification is sent to the assigned broker reflecting the change π§ email notifications when a follow up is created, reassigned (automatically), or edited, the assigned broker receives an email subject new follow up assigned β {client name} β° leads dashboard visual indicator leads with upcoming follow ups (assigned to the logged in broker) now display a clock icon next to the business name behavior hover tooltip follow up scheduled \[date, time] notes preview (first 150 characters) pinned to top brokers will see their upcoming follow ups prioritized at the top of their dashboard view β
business value enhances workflow transparency and collaboration prevents missed callbacks through visual alerts and email reminders empowers users to edit or manage follow ups as needed enforces clear broker ownership and responsibility per lead π οΈ troubleshooting if you're unable to schedule a follow up for a broker, it may be because the lead does not currently have a broker assigned to resolve this open the lead card update the assigned broker field to the correct broker once assigned, the system will allow follow up scheduling π at this time, the system only allows appointments to be scheduled for the broker currently assigned to the lead
