Sending a Quote to a Client

this article outlines the step by step process for preparing and sending a quote to a client through the sales tab, as well as the client's experience reviewing and signing the quote β
step 1 prepare the quote navigate to the sales tab on the clientβs profile review and configure the quote with all applicable fees accurate workersβ compensation codes that reflect the clientβs business π tip double check that all line items are accurate and up to date before proceeding π€ step 2 create the quote once the quote is ready, click the create quote button the newly created quote will be added to the quote history section π§ step 3 send the quote click the send/view dropdown menu next to the quote entry select the option send/remind (quote) βοΈ the client will automatically receive each message includes a link to view and sign the quote an email a text message π² step 4 client experience once the client opens the quote link, they will be able to review the details of the quote scroll to the bottom of the page sign the quote electronically click accept and continue π step 5 acknowledgment of rates after accepting, a pop up will appear labeled accept and sign rates the client must read the acknowledgment click acknowledge and continue π step 6 completion after acknowledgment, a thank you page appears, confirming the quote was accepted the page will guide the client to click the proceed to 2 minute signup button to continue onboarding for more information on the sales quoting process, please review the sales article for more information on the 2 min signup process, please review the 2 minute signup form article
