access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access), enrollment specialist (view only) module leads lead card this workspace provides an overview of the payroll customer settings that are automatically created once a client completes their onboarding process and submits the enrollment questionnaire two subtabs are in this section payroll details and payroll history most of the information populated here is based on the setup completed during the client enrollment process users can edit this information if needed these settings determine how the client's records are managed within the payroll dashboard β
success this tab is also directly accessible from the payroll dashboard and functions the same if changes are made here or on the dashboard payroll details users can make changes and edits to key payroll setup information in this space, such as check delivery methods , processing status , and more for customers who need special features enabled, you can toggle settings for time & attendance (t\&a) paid time off (pto) certified payroll for more information about these features, see time & attendance, pto, and certified payroll feature setup additionally, you can enable client payment approval for customers who need to approve their payroll before processing see pending approval payroll for more details delivery method from the questionnaire options default delivery method check delivery (fedex) fedex check delivery (pick up) pick up check delivery (fedex) + direct deposit fedex check delivery (pick up) + direct deposit pick up payroll history the payroll history subsection provides users with a comprehensive view of all completed and pending payroll records for the customer, along with the current invoice amount and a full history of past invoices to access payroll records select payroll history and select the active account the account status will reflect the customer's current status on the payroll dashboard if a client was cancelled and later reinstated, multiple accounts may be available the most recent account will always appear at the top of the list reinstated payroll accounts now display the carrier name (e g , "compeo" or "peopaygo") alongside the account id, making it easier to identify accounts when clients have worked with multiple carriers β
success for more detailed information, please refer to payroll history (the content is identical but offered separately for easier access across different teams ) upon selecting an account, two subtabs will be displayed overview displays the current payroll settings associated with the account, representing the payroll customer profile payrolls lists all payroll records processed for the selected account select a payroll record to view its details, mirroring the view in the payroll card payroll record notes & activities inside the overview and payroll tabs, users can access the notes to add information pertaining to the customer β
