access level all users (access varies by role) module leads you can move between pages of prospects using the pagination arrows located at the top of the table these arrows also allow you to sort columns in various ways, including but not limited to β οΈ warning not all columns are sortable for example, the " main contact " column does not have a drop down grey arrow, indicating it cannot be sorted column organization the sorting arrows next to column names allow you to organize data in different ways, such as business name sorts business names in alphabetical order weekly payroll sorts businesses by the highest or lowest weekly payroll amounts status sorts lead cards by their status by selecting the dropdown arrow repeatedly, different statuses will appear at the top depending on your focus to customize your view of the prospecting list on the leads page , select the show/hide columns icon (purple), located at the top right between the reset filters and saved filters icons you can easily hide or display columns based on your preferences by selcting or unselecting the columns from the drop down purple action icons located to the left of the page numbers, the purple action icons allow you to generate reports (restricted by role) add new prospects (full access) reset current filters (full access) change how prospect pages display data (full access) save current filters (full access) generate reports selecting the first purple icon generates a report based on your currently selected filters and columns the report is sent to your email as an excel ( xlsx) file show/hide columns the fourth purple icon allows you to select which columns you want visible on the prospecting page you can display all columns or select just a few based on your needs saved filters the fifth purple icon allows you to save your favorite or frequently used filter settings βΉοΈ note you can save your most used filters with the purple save filter button to remove a filter you no longer need, use the purple delete filter button (trash can icon) receiving data janus crm receives prospects from multiple sources, including automated entries generated from marketing campaigns (such as facebook ads and online promotions) π automated automatically entered leads will appear highlighted in purple on the prospecting list working with prospects after identifying the prospects you want to work with select a prospect to open their lead card review their details in the general tab create quotes or estimates using the sales tab initiate enrollment through the enrollment tab when ready for customers who are already enrolled and active, you can manage their payroll information through the payroll tab manually creating a prospect state field requirements βΉοΈ note as of release v1 25 73, the state field is now optional when creating a new lead you can leave this field blank without triggering validation errors, allowing for more flexibility during initial lead capture optional vs required fields when creating a new lead, the following fields are now optional state can be left blank and filled in later this change allows for faster lead entry when complete address information is not yet available next steps after working with your prospects list lead card overview learn about managing individual leads general tab update customer information sales tab create and send quotes π quick reference need help with terminology? check our januscrm glossary & acronym index for definitions of all terms used in this documentation questions about permissions? review the user roles & permissions matrix to understand access levels
