access level enrollment specialist (full access) , manager (full access) module enrollment dashboard the enrollment dashbaord only supports enrollments for peopaygo , compeo , cornerstone , coguardhr , and southeast not supported enterprisehr, signaturehr, frankcrum, and ocmi currently enrolling tab the currently enrolling tab displays a list of all customers who are actively in the onboarding phase this centralized workspace allows users to track progress, review documentation, and complete required enrollment steps efficiently customer list view the customer list in this tab includes the following columns service tier β express, whiteglove, and enterprise business name carrier β peopaygo, compeo, coguardhr, cornerstone, and southeast enrollment specialist β assigned enrollment advisor (requires enrollment role permission) broker name β assigned broker on the lead card (requires sales role permission) duration of enrollment β total time in hours/days the client has been in the enrollment process last contacted β last time the client was called via dialpad by enrollment or brokers document requirements β list of enrollment requirements (varies by carrier/client) actions β dropdown menu for options such as adding a note or sending reminders enrollment requirements required documents vary depending on the carrier and the customerβs location southeast clients customer service agreement (csa) employee applications (ee) coguard clients customer service agreement (csa) employee applications (ee) coguard questionnaire (required as of v1 26 50) βΉοΈ note coguard clients must now complete an additional questionnaire during enrollment this is a requirement peopaygo , compeo , and cornerstone clients exhibit a (exh) bank account info (bnk) state license identification (id) rt 3 florida business tax application (rts) loss history affidavit (lha) employee applications (ee) users are now able to filter by all the employee apps submited, reviewed, not reviewed and pending out of state acord ( oos ) rt 3 florida business tax application (rts) auto sent at bind for peopaygo/compeo βΉοΈ note out of state accord documents are automatically attached to bind emails for peopaygo and compeo carriers when the oos enrollment requirement is present cornerstone clients already had this email attachment in place β οΈ warning the oos requirement only applies to clients with a work state outside of florida it is not required for clients operating solely within florida each document appears as a selectable tag for definitions of these abbreviated terms, refer to the januscrm glossary & acronym index reviewing document requirements selecting an orange tagged document opens a modal with submission data preview β includes minimums, admin rate, fees, state, wc codes, payroll amount, and more document preview panel options to download print adjust view buttons to mark as reviewed reject document action buttons each customer row includes an actions dropdown with the following options view lead card add note send reminder snooze reminder void enrollment β moves client to the voided tab π add notes (new feature) the notes section is now active in the enrollments dashboard , giving enrollment specialists and advisors a central place to record and reference updates while moving clients through the enrollment process key features β
contextual notes β notes created here stay tied to the clientβs enrollment record π pinning β important updates (e g , missing docs, carrier follow ups) can be pinned for quick visibility usage tip use the notes section to track enrollment progress, document client communications, and flag carrier requirements always pin items that impact next steps so the full team can align quickly set approved button this button allows users to manually mark a customer as pre approved since pre approvals are received via email, they are not updated automatically in the system the customer must be marked as approved to move forward completing the enrollment questionnaire once all required documents are reviewed and green selecting the requirement triggers a modal asking if the user would like to complete the questionnaire now click continue to open the questionnaire the questionnaire collects essential data to create the payroll customer profile and configure the payroll system π tip click on this link to help customers and walk them through the guide, and to learn more about the enrollment questionnaire form in greater detail! β
reminder clients receive automated reminders during onboarding most carriers require enrollment to be completed within 30 days , or the client must restart the process send to bind after completing the questionnaire the send to bind button becomes available users must confirm some details and set the cid before proceeding click save and then continue to send to bind if the client is a reinstatement, ensure the cid is updated with the original number assigned when they first enrolled check pro software or the enrollment log google sheet to locate the original cid, enter it into the field, and confirm it is correct before clicking save if the client is new continue with teh recomended cid provided on the modal an email is sent to the carrier for final approval a new client task is generated on the data dashboard payroll customer is created according to payroll cycle selection rts 3 sends to florida revenew for only florida clients for peopaygo and compeo automatically no longer needing to be sent manually by an user β οΈ warning only peopaygo , compeo , and cornerstone customers use the send to bind workflow βΉοΈ note coguardhr and southeas t customers are moved directly to the bound tab troubleshooting & escalation enrollment questionnaire form logic form fields by carrier type field name field type peopaygo/compeo cornerstone southeast business legal name text β
