access level enrollment specialist (full access), manager (full access), sales representative (view only) module enrollment overview the enrollment dashboard provides a centralized workspace for tracking customers throughout their onboarding process it offers key metrics such as the number of bound customers and the average time to complete onboarding once a customer pays their initial cos t, they are automatically entered into the enrollment process and begin to appear in this dashboard filtering and actions users will find a toolbar at the top of the dashboard with filters, action buttons , and summary analytics available filters business name β type directly to search by company name enrollment specialist β use the dropdown to select a specialist broker β use the dropdown to filter by broker bind date β click the field to select a date range from the calendar for clients whose bind date falls within the selected range check date β click the field to select a date range from the calendar for clients whose first check date is selected on the enrollment questionnaire falls within the selected range β οΈ note bind date and check date filters will only display clients in the send to bind tab or the bound tab the currently enrolling tab includes clients whose bind date or first check date has not yet been selected action buttons manual enrollment + located in the upper right corner , this button allows users to manually add a customer to the enrollment dashboard β οΈ warning manual enrollment should not be used during standard workflows doing so may bypass essential backend processes and affect downstream data processing always consult with your manager before using this feature generate exports use this option to generate and download reports available report types commissions quickbooks prospects list by default, the currently enrolling tab displays all clients actively in the onboarding phase pagination arrows at the bottom of the table help navigate through entries table tools show / hide columns β customize which columns are visible save filters β save current filters for reuse delete filters β remove saved filters enrollment documents each customer entry includes the required documents based on carrier these documents are selectable and color coded by status π΄ red β sent but not received π orange β received but not reviewed π’ green β onboarding sent to bind β clients enrolled into cornerstone, compeo, or peopaygo , awaiting poi and carrier approval upload poi ( proof of insurance ) review bind dates send final " welcome aboard " emails bound β customers who have successfully completed onboarding across all carriers voided β customers who began onboarding but did not complete the process π tip for customers marked as expedited
