to the enrollment dashboard overview article what happens when a client is sent to bind? once a customer is marked sent to bind , the system performs the following actions automatically compiles all required enrollment documents and changes the lead card status to binding creates and sends an enrollment email to the designated carrier adds the customer to the send to bind tab, where they remain until the poi (proof of insurance) is uploaded creates a task in the new client section of the data dashboard send to bind tab layout the send to bind tab displays the same columns as the currently enrolling tab plus the bound and check date columns under the documents column, the only required item is the poi (highlighted in red if not uploaded) under the actions button, users will see a grayed out "send welcome email" button ( inactive until poi is uploaded ) a void button ( active until submission is complete ) uploading the poi and finalizing enrollment to proceed select the red poi document link a modal will appear prompting the user to upload the poi document select the bind date from the calendar once both steps are completed, select submit after submission the poi requirement will turn green the "send welcome email" button becomes active welcome aboard email redesign the welcome email template has been redesigned with the following improvements new email features business name prominently displayed instead of carrier names language specific greetings based on customer preference (en/es) updated visual theme for consistency with modern email design clearer call to action buttons sending the welcome aboard email after the poi is uploaded and reviewed select the send welcome email button the system sends a welcome email to the customer with the payroll department cc'd in the same email and the assigned broker automatically cc'd the customer is moved to the bound tab lead card status changes to bound the enrollment process is complete βΉοΈ note the welcome email now features the customer's business name prominently and includes appropriate language greetings based on their preference setting voiding the enrollment users can void the enrollment before the poi is uploaded and the welcome email is sent select the void button the customer moves to the voided tab the "new client" task in the data dashboard is canceled and archived expedited payroll customers for customers marked as expedited (with a first check date within 5 business days of binding), special handling procedures apply these clients receive an expedited flag in the data dashboard priority processing in both new client and employee onboarding queues for more information, refer to the expedited payroll guide relationship to lead card information about the binding process is also visible in the customer's lead card under the enrollment and payroll tab status updates in the enrollment dashboard are synchronized with the lead card troubleshooting & escalation common issues poi or compress pdf ensure file is pdf format try different browser check internet connection stability welcome email button not activating symptoms button remains grayed out after poi upload possible
