the client service agreement , commonly referred to as the csa , is a required onboarding step that is automatically sent to the client once the initial cost has been successfully charged π how the client receives the csa once triggered, the client receives a text message with a secure link to the csa form an email notification containing the same link both notifications prompt the client to begin reviewing and completing the agreement π§Ύ csa form structure the csa form is structured into the following sections 1\ owner information page the first page focuses on verifying the ownerβs identity the client is required to enter their social security number (ssn) upload a picture of a valid government issued id 2\ billing information page this section collects the client's business payment details enter their business bank account number and routing number choose the account type checking or savings indicate if they prefer to pay using ach β
if ach is selected , a pop up will appear explaining that the account must pass an ach approval process before it can be used 3\ document preview & signature page before submitting, the client is presented with a pdf preview of the entire csa, displaying all previously entered answers an electronic signature field to finalize the form 4\ thank you & countdown to employee onboarding after signing, the client sees a thank you page countdown timer that automatically redirects them to the employee onboarding portal this seamless transition encourages clients to immediately start adding their staff members π© internal notifications once the client completes the csa the internal team receives an automated email confirmation the client also receives a welcome aboard email from the enrollment team, which includes a link to the completed csa a link to access the employee onboarding portal over the next 30 days, the client will receive automated reminders via email containing links to any remaining onboarding steps , ensuring nothing is missed important payment considerations β οΈ warning csa notifications will not be sent to clients if the initial payment was declined this prevents confusion and ensures clients only receive onboarding communications after successful payment processing π whatβs next? after completing the csa, clients are guided to the employee onboarding portal to start adding their staff β‘οΈ view the employee onboarding portal guide
