π§© purpose the archbee integration provides direct access to internal knowledge base articles from within januscrm users can now search, view, and interact with documentation across januscrm , peoplematic , and ocmi internal βall without leaving the system powered by archbee ai, the tool can answer questions related to workflows, dashboards, and processes using the content in our internal documentation π§ step by step instructions login to januscrm launch archbee click the archbee button on the left hand navigation panel ask a question type a question (e g , βhow do i request a certificate?β ) archbee ai will return a summarized answer using article content a link to the full article is also provided switch between sources at the bottom of the modal, click "switch to docs" to open the full knowledge base site use the tabs at the top to switch between januscrm articles peoplematic kb ocmi internal docs note to return to the ai powered search bar, simply click the "switch to search" button toggle dark/light mode after clicking switch to docs , locate the sun π or moon π icon on the upper right click to toggle between light and dark display modes π οΈ troubleshooting issue archbee button doesnβt work or ai returns no results refresh januscrm disable pop up blockers or interfering browser extensions contact internal support if the issue persists π issue canβt view ocmi internal articles some users may be prompted to log in when accessing the ocmi internal knowledge base these department specific articles (authored by jasmine) are focused on internal client processing workflows and are still being expanded solution visit https //internaldocs ocmiworkerscomp com enter your work email open the login email and click the login button once authenticated, return to januscrmβaccess will now work without issues π note you only need to do this once if it doesn't work please open an it ticket for us to help you β
