access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access), enrollment specialist (view only) module payroll ๐ overview the payroll dashboard is the central workspace for managing customers in an active payroll cycle it offers real time insights, intuitive filters, and action driven tools to streamline payroll processing ๐ dashboard features the dashboard provides a dynamic customer list highlighting accounts that need attention advanced filtering to tailor your view visual indicators for customers not running payroll โน๏ธ note customers not running payroll appear as a single line with a banner reading "no records for this week " ๐ฝ enhanced sorting options โ ๏ธ warning this feature is only available to users with the "sort payroll" permission and is currently limited to the yeo team sort capabilities authorized users can now sort the payroll dashboard by processing day group payrolls by their processing schedule status organize by payroll status (pending, processing, complete) business name alphabetical sorting by customer name last reported view most recently reported payrolls first to use sorting click on the column header you wish to sort by click again to reverse the sort order combine with filters for precise views ๐ tip save your preferred sort order with your filter sets for quick access ๐๏ธ filters use the filters section to refine the dashboard by criteria such as payroll advisor flags processing program check date customer status reporting source ๐ quick action click advanced filters to access additional options not shown by default users can now find clients who donโt have payroll records without needing to change any advanced settings ๐พ saved filters saved filters will no longer be lost when your browser is cleared or cookies are removed ๐ tip save your favorite filter combinations for easy access to save a filter set apply desired filters click save filter name the filter configuration access saved filters using the quick select buttons โ restriction each user may save up to 10 filter sets โ clearing filters โ
click the clear button (above the processing list) to remove all active filters โ ๏ธ warning active filters may hide customers or payroll records always check before reporting missing data ๐ interim payroll creation to create an interim payroll click create new interim (below advanced filters) fill out pay period dates check date payroll settings search for and select the customer click create โน๏ธ note if a customer is not appearing, refer to the interim โ client not appearing in search guide โน๏ธ note if a customer doesn't appear in the search, see interim โ client not appearing in search ๐งฎ processing queues payroll records are sorted into the following queues based on their status all full list of customers, including those not running payroll pending awaiting payroll reporting (auto assigned based on processing day) processing includes submitted reports or auto reporting clients pending approval requires invoice approval (only for โ requires approval โ customers) billing approved payrolls pending payment delivery payrolls ready for delivery to clients ๐ tip queue buttons add filtersโthey do not replace current selections ๐๏ธ processing days below the queues, buttons filter customers by assigned processing day ๐ the current processing day is automatically highlighted ๐ automated the system highlights the current processing day automatically ๐ processing list displays all customers and payroll records based on active filters features pagination (50 records/page) customer details company name and contacts assigned advisors flags, status, check dates payroll advisor is now displayed in the list (replaces broker) ๐ record display & status each customer first row basic details, total payroll records this week, and current view count rows below individual payroll recordsโclick to open the payroll card status colors ๐ฉ green โ completed ๐ง orange โ action required ๐ฅ red โ payment declined โ ๏ธ red status in the payment column needs immediate attention see payment status in the billing tab for help ๐ฉ flags flags visually signal specific issues or workflows for review for more details, refer to the flags overview article automated flag management auto batched failed flag the system now includes improved logic for the auto batched failed flag automatic removal occurs once the batched flag is successfully assessed validation checks run every 5 minutes flags cannot appear simultaneously if batched is present, auto batched failed is removed no manual intervention required for flag cleanup โ
