access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access) module payroll flags in the payroll dashboard provide users with quick, visual indicators about specific clients or payroll records users can manually assess flags or have the system automatically apply them based on specific triggers flags appear next to payroll records and can be associated with individual payroll records or the overall customer profile adding and removing flags flags can be managed through the admin section of each payroll card under the assess flags button in the admins tab once selected, a modal will appear where flags can be added or removed a reason for each action must be provided, and it will be logged for reference available flags and their functions missing checks old flag, no longer in use ach request notification once the customer is approved for ach , an ach approved flag will appear on the payroll dashboard users can select the flag to be taken to the data dashboard (shortcut functionality) allows quick processing of the request inside the data dashboard auto batched failed the system now includes improved logic for the auto batched failed flag π automated automatic removal occurs once the batched flag is successfully assessed validation checks run every 5 minutes flags cannot appear simultaneously if batched is present, auto batched failed is removed no manual intervention required for flag cleanup β
