this release brings several improvements to payroll , enrollment , and the pending cancellation workflows in januscrm the focus is on clearer compliance checks, smoother day to day processes, more accurate calculations, and preventing workflow errors that were causing confusion for teams all updates are now live for everyone 🌟 new features ✅ ny pay frequency warning added js 3360 — #2879 when changing a client’s pay frequency, the system now helps prevent mistakes for new york clients if the client has any ny connection and you choose semi monthly or monthly , a warning message will appear explaining ny pay rules you’ll need to confirm before saving the change this helps ensure the selected frequency follows ny labor guidelines ✅ ability to clear document tags in enrollment js 3371 — #2769 in the enrollment tab, under documents , users can now right click an employee application and select “clear tag ” when the tag is cleared the document is removed from that client’s onboarding requirements list the tag is removed from the document you can upload a new, corrected version without issues this makes fixing document errors much easier ✅ bounced clients will no longer auto cancel js 3575 — #2889 clients flagged as bounced will no longer be automatically cancelled during the friday cancellation process instead their status will stay as is they will remain on the payroll dashboard teams must resolve the bounce or manually update the status this prevents losing clients due to payment issues that still need attention 🔧 bug fixes 🛠️ reverted inactivity records will not count toward cancellation js 3808 — #2891 if a user manually reverts an inactivity flag, the system will no longer count that record toward the “three in a row” cancellation rule example if the first record was reverted, the system will only count the next two—avoiding accidental pending cancellations 🛠️ all scheduled calls now default to 20 minutes js 3816 — #2892 when creating or rescheduling calls in the enrolling clients tab the end time will always default to 20 minutes after the start time this stays consistent even if the day or time is changed 🛠️ employee application buttons work correctly again js 3826 — #2895 some employee application actions were failing because certain quote details weren't loading when accessing it through the payroll card employee tab this has been fixed so all validation and buttons work as expected 🛠️ payroll card now shows correct employer taxes js 3823 — #2894 the employer tax numbers in the payroll card’s active quote section are now accurate and reflect the correct state settings 🛠️ pay cycle and pay amount now auto fill from active quote js 3828 — #2896 when choosing an active quote under sales → payroll settings the pay cycle and pay amount now fill in automatically this also carries over properly into the enrollment questionnaire 🛠️ notes in enrollment questionnaire no longer error out js 3841 — #2902 a 404 error some users were seeing when leaving notes has been resolved notes now save normally across all clients these updates are now live in januscrm questions? please reach out to the product team or it help desk for additional guidance
