manual action is not required for these automated cancellations automated cancellation timeline customer status update tuesday at 4 00 pm status changes to cancelled lead card status update friday at cancellation for non reporting or non payment between tuesday and wednesday each week in those cases, no manual action is needed process steps select the pending cancellation button choose an
