access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access), enrollment specialist (edit) module payroll payroll card the employees tab provides comprehensive employee management capabilities, allowing you to manage customer employees directly from the payroll card this tab offers dual functionality by providing both real time payroll system data and complete employee application management in one centralized location the employees tab serves as a bridge between payroll processing needs and employee administration, offering access to both current payroll data and historical employee information tab structure the employees tab contains two distinct data views accessed through action buttons prosoftware view real time employee data synced directly from the payroll software view only information for reference and verification current payroll status and active employee details janus employee application view complete employee application management and history interactive functionality for employee administration document management and communication tools prosoftware the prosoftware section provides users with real time employee information synchronized directly from the payroll processing system this data updates automatically and serves as the authoritative source for current payroll information available employee information the prosoftware view displays comprehensive employee details basic information employee name full legal name as entered in payroll system pay type hourly, salary, or commission based compensation pay rate current wage or salary amount payroll status active or inactive processing status contact details email address primary communication contact phone number contact number on file data characteristics real time synchronization data updates automatically from prosoftware changes in payroll system reflect immediately no manual data entry required reference purpose information is for verification and reference only no editing capabilities available in this view used to confirm payroll setup accuracy βΉοΈ note the prosoftware section is view only all employee data modifications must be made directly in the payroll software system this ensures data integrity and prevents synchronization conflicts janus employee application the janus employee application section provides complete employee application management, offering full access to employee onboarding documentation and administrative functions employee application information this section displays comprehensive employee details including application status active employee applications ready for processing archived completed or inactive employee records pending applications awaiting completion or approval employee details full name complete employee identification contact information phone and email details pay code job classification and wage category pay rate compensation amount and structure application history submission date when application was received processing status current stage in onboarding workflow document completion required paperwork status employee actions menu each employee record includes an actions dropdown menu with comprehensive management options document management send direct deposit change form enable employees to update banking information send w 4 form allow tax withholding updates update pdf refresh or replace employee application documents employment status management process re hire reinstate previously terminated employees send separation notice process employee termination documentation communication tools resend application send application link for completion or review send forms dispatch specific employment related documents for information about the separation notice process, see the separation notice form documentation for details about w 4 processing, refer to the w 4 guide in the data dashboard section employee management action buttons located in the top right corner, three primary action buttons provide comprehensive employee management capabilities all employees filter active employees currently employed individuals archived employees previously terminated or inactive records filter toggle switch between employee status views send employee creation form customer communication sends setup link directly to customer new employee setup enables customer to add employees independently add employee direct entry complete employee application on customer's behalf phone/email setup process applications received via communication completing the form (add employee) fill out all relevant employee information in the form if the customer requests the form in spanish, enable the send spanish app toggle before selecting save an employee application link will be sent to the employee for completion using the contact information provided if you're uploading an already completed application (e g , via email or in person), enable the existing employee toggle and upload the completed application β
