access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access), enrollment specialist (full access) module payroll payroll card in this area, users can view, manage, and download any onboarding or processing documents related to the customer and their employees each document entry displays the file name and the upload or creation date how to interact with documents users can interact with documents in several ways to review, categorize, and manage files related to payroll and customer onboarding double click on any document to open it in a new browser tab for quick viewing right click on a document to open the tool menu with available actions βΉοΈ note commonly used by the enrollments team to tag manually uploaded documents by selecting the appropriate document type (e g , csa, id/voided check, bank authorization) uploading documents users can manually upload documents using either method below drag and drop files directly into the upload area select the upload box to browse and select files from your computer action buttons there are two buttons located in the top right corner show lead's drive folder and retrieve all state documents show lead's drive folder users can view the google drive folder for the customer by selecting show lead's drive folder the button changes to hide lead's drive folder that returns the view to documents stored on januscrm retrieve all state documents β οΈ warning this action button is intended solely for use by the brokers and lead management team it is not designed for any other use case when selected, this button opens a pop up displaying a snapshot of sunbiz (florida's division of corporations) from here, users can download a single document retrieve all available state documents by selecting retrieve all state documents β
