access level payroll advisor (full access), manager (full access), data processor (view only) module payroll the payroll card is the central hub for managing payroll for individual customers it consolidates all payroll related information, actions, and communications into a single interface for efficient processing and oversight accessing payroll records to open a payroll record navigate to the payroll dashboard locate the customer in the list click the specific payroll record row ( not just the customer name ) π tip clicking the customer name opens the first payroll record by default always select the specific record row for accuracy π§± payroll card structure 1\ information banner displays key customer and payroll setup details carrier invoice payment method (ach, credit card, wire) assigned advisor/sales agents wc/ee minimums bind date language preference (en/es) processing program (e g , advisor express, whiteglove) reporting source (portal, email, timesheet) language preference indicator each payroll card now displays the customer's language preference in the header es indicates spanish language preference en indicates english language preference this helps advisors provide support in the customer's preferred language and ensures system communications are sent appropriately βΉοΈ note language preference ensures automated communications are sent in the correct language 2\ navigation & quick actions previous / next buttons β navigate between payroll records quick actions escalate to advisor β routes to the yeo escalations queue contact lead β opens dialpad for customer communication β οΈ warning escalate to advisor is only available for the yeo team and permanently moves the record into the escalations queue 3\ orange banner (multi record navigation) if a client has multiple payrolls, an orange banner appears, providing shortcuts to other records each record preview includes check date label name status type reporting source 4\ working area tabs each payroll card includes nine functional tabs tab purpose key functions details view/edit profile and payroll setup name, contact, frequency processing review and meet payroll requirements uploads, forms, settings billing manage payments process, view history, refunds notifications track communications email logs, templates logs audit system/user activity timestamps, changes admin manage status and flags cancel, mark pending, add flags employees manage worker data applications, sync documents upload and view files download and manage payroll history view past records timeline of prior payrolls π notes & activities panel located on the right side of the card notes add note β type, then click βadd noteβ pin note β keeps important notes at the top archive note β hides but retains searchable record activity log system tracked events (cannot be edited) user actions system changes status and communication logs π§ tab specific access & guidelines β
