up differs slightly from others in the dashboard and contains three dedicated tabs that must be reviewed and completed before the request can be marked as complete sort logic by default , the list is sorted by clients marked as expedited and service tier in the following order expedited clients enterprise whiteglove express users can adjust the order by sorting the list using the due at column as needed expedited clients customers with an expedited onboarding status are displayed at the top of the new clients task list to ensure timely processing of their first payroll these customers will include an "expedited" flag on the task for visual reference, signaling to the users that the request is a priority and must be processed immediately to read more about this feature, you can read expedited payroll automation article request tabs each new client request is divided into the following three sections company tab this tab displays company details required to configure the client's payroll profile the company tab under the new client tab inside the data dashboard shows the most relevant payroll contact's name, email, and phone number this information is from the lead card , under the general tab , and the authorized personnel needs to have the "is payroll toggle" on the βstartup gross wagesβ field now calculates a full yearβs wages by multiplying the weekly amount by 52 key fields to review reinstatement β indicates if the client is a reinstated customer if yes, their profile must be reactivated in the pro system portal access β marks whether the client requires access to log into pro software for reporting and processing payroll time & attendance β indicates if the client needs time & attendance services bind date β equivalent to the client's official start or bind date; used for pay schedule setup billing tab this tab contains essential information about the client's invoice payment and employee payout methods fields to review workers' compensation codes β if applicable, these will be listed here invoice payment method employee payout method invoice payment options method displayed as ach status action required credit card debit or credit card n/a use internal routing and account info ach / bank account ach approved click "view bank authorization form" wire wire rejected switch to credit card and proceed accordingly employee payout options a client can have a single payout method or a combination of the following direct deposit check delivery net checks these methods can be used individually or in combination, depending on the client's preferences employees tab this section provides a visual overview of the customer's employee applications users can view both signed and pending applications associated with the client users can also filter the list by employee status to narrow down results as needed additionally, this tab displays each employeeβs active date and the application signed date , which typically occurs within 48 hours of each other important notes employees will only appear in the employee onboarding requests tab after the new client request is marked complete only employees marked as received and signed will be sent forward for onboarding applications marked as archived or pending will not be processed the signed date and the active date can be found here for each employee available actions to manage the lifecycle of a new client request, the following actions are available mark in progress β begins the processing of the onboarding request mark complete β finalizes the request once all client data has been reviewed and verified β οΈ if the client is marked as expedited , this action will automatically generate a payroll record on the payroll dashboard with the name format " \[expedited] \[selected frequency] " for more details, refer to the expedited payroll workflow article reject β use this if the client cancels their policy or is terminated during onboarding β οΈ note no notification is sent to the client when this action is taken attempt automation β launches the automated onboarding process to create the client profile in the payroll system β οΈ this feature is still under testing and
