access level manager (full access), payroll advisor (edit), enrollment specialist (view only) module leads lead card, payroll payroll card a configuration feature has been added to the payroll tab of the lead card to allow users to designate whether a customer is enrolled in time & attendance (t\&a) , paid time off (pto) , and/or certified payroll services once enabled for a customer, these designations automatically notify the appropriate team when a new employee application is submitted this ensures employees are set up with the correct configuration in prosoftware without requiring manual verification what these features do time & attendance (t\&a) enables time tracking functionality for the customer's employees paid time off (pto) allows for tracking and managing employee vacation and sick time certified payroll supports compliance reporting required for government contracts where to enable the features these options are available in the payroll customer profile , accessible through both the lead card and the payroll dashboard feature toggle options for each feature, toggle the corresponding setting time & attendance (t\&a) β

customer needs certified payroll? βΉοΈ note these toggles should only be enabled if the customer has already been approved and configured for these features in prosoftware impact on the data dashboard when a new employee application is submitted for a customer who has any of these features enabled, the request on the data dashboard will display visual flags that indicate which features apply π t\&a enabled time and attendance has been activated π΄ pto enabled paid time off management is available π certified payroll enabled compliance reporting is required these flags serve as immediate visual indicators for users they eliminate the need to search through the customer's setup manually, allowing employees to be configured appropriately from the start these 3 flags only appear inside of the employee onboarding tab! best practices π tip only enable these features after confirming that the customer is fully set up in prosoftware for the respective service(s) if the customer later discontinues one of these services, return to the payroll tab and disable the toggle accordingly if you find any discrepancies in the employee setup post submission, escalate to the payroll or it team for further review setup process step 1 verify prosoftware configuration before enabling any features confirm the customer is approved for the service(s) in prosoftware verify all necessary configurations are complete ensure the customer has signed appropriate agreements step 2 access customer settings navigate to the customer's settings via either method option a through lead card open the customer's lead card select the payroll tab locate the payroll customer profile section option b through payroll dashboard navigate to the payroll dashboard select the customer's record open the details tab access the customer subtab step 3 enable required features locate the feature toggles enable the appropriate settings toggle on for customer needs time and attendance? for t\&a toggle on for customer needs pto? for paid time off toggle on for customer needs certified payroll? for certified payroll save the changes β
