Manual Upload: Processing Payroll Documents Without the “Send to Janus” Button

module payroll – payroll dashboard access level payroll advisor, manager 📌 overview if the “send to janus” button is not displaying or functioning in pro software , users may manually upload required payroll documents to complete the payroll processing steps within januscrm 🛠️ tip if time permits, always attempt to troubleshoot the send to janus issue before switching to manual upload if you're short on time, follow the steps below to continue processing without delay 🧾 manual upload instructions if you’re unsure how to download the required documents from pro software , please reach out to your supervisor or manager for guidance they can walk you through the process follow these steps to upload payroll documents directly to the payroll record navigate to pro sofware and download all the docuemtns you will need to upload to the payroll record navigate to the payroll dashboard locate and open the payroll record you previously processed in pro software and want to send to janus select the processing tab on the payroll card identify the required document(s) listed with a “missing” status click the actions button next to the document name select upload from the dropdown an upload report pop up will appear click the area labeled “drag or click to upload ” a file browser will open—navigate to and select the document you wish to upload, then click open comfirm the upload by clicking continue once uploaded, the document status will update from missing to completed click the document name to view the uploaded file repeat the process for any remaining required documents ⚠️ upload error "can't upload files to completed payrolls" if you receive this error “can’t upload files to completed payrolls” …it means the payroll record is locked please open a ticket with the it help desk and request for the payroll record to be reopened so uploads can be completed ✅ completion confirmation once all required documents have been uploaded and marked as completed , the record is ready to proceed with final payroll processing and verification steps
