“Send to Janus” Button Not Displaying in Pro Software

module pro software – integration with januscrm access level payroll advisor, manager 📌 overview the “send to janus” button in pro software allows users to automatically transmit processed payroll documents to januscrm’s payroll dashboard occasionally, this button may not display due to how the feature is designed this functionality operates through a crawler based browser extension ( ocmi js injector ) rather than a direct integration with pro software as a result, it may occasionally become unstable or disabled ⚠️ if urgent you may bypass the send to janus button by manually downloading documents from pro software and uploading them directly to the appropriate payroll card in januscrm ✅ visual indicator – extension is active when the jwi extension is functioning correctly, a purple banner will appear at the top of the pro software screen after login ✅ purple banner visible = extension is active ❌ no banner = extension is inactive → "send to janus" button will not display 🔍 step by step troubleshooting (if no banner is shown) 1\ confirm extension is installed & enabled click the puzzle icon in your chrome browser locate ocmi js injector in the list click the three vertical dots next to it select “manage extension ” toggle the extension off , wait 5 seconds toggle it on again and close the settings page refresh or reopen the pro software tab log in again and check for the purple banner 📝 note if you do not see ocmi js injector listed, please open an it help desk ticket for installation support if the purple banner is now visible, the "send to janus" button should function normally ⚠️ banner visible but button not displaying? try these steps 2\ clear site cookies for pro software if the send to janus still does not appear navigate to the pro software login page click the site info icon in the address bar select “cookies and site data ” click “manage on device site data ” in the pop up locate entries such as peopaygo prosoftware com and prosoftware com click the trash can icon 🗑️ next to each to delete click done reload the page and log back in if the purple banner now appears, the send to janus button should be working 🧹 if the purple banner displays but the button loads indefinitely if the purple banner is visible but the “send to janus” button continues to load without responding, follow these steps to perform a hard refresh navigate to the pro software login page log in with your credentials (if not already logged in) right click anywhere on the page and select “inspect ” in the browser toolbar (top left), right click the reload icon (⟳) select “empty cache and hard reload ” allow the page to fully reload close the inspect panel attempt to use the “send to janus” button again 🧾 manual upload alternative if you are unable to resolve the issue and the button is still not visible this method ensures processing is not delayed while technical support is pending 🆘 when to open an it help ticket please escalate to the it help desk if the ocmi js injector is not found in chrome extensions the purple banner does not appear after completing all troubleshooting steps the “send to janus” button remains non functional ✅ confirmation once the purple banner is visible and the extension is active, the “send to janus” button will display and function as expected
